If airfare is not specifically mentioned in the trip highlights, it is not included in the package. However, if airfare is listed and you select a package that includes it, your round-trip airfare from the United States will be covered.

With the Flexi Payment Plan, once your deposit is received, you'll get a recurring invoice, and payments will be automatically charged to your card every 30 days. If a payment fails, you have a 7-day grace period to resolve it. If your final invoice extends beyond the payment deadline, the billing date will be adjusted to ensure compliance. This plan is only available if you choose it instead of paying in full.
Completing the Passenger Information Form is required to finalize your registration. This ensures we have accurate details for your hotel accommodations and any applicable flights.
If you're booking within 45 days of departure, we recommend reserving a single-occupancy room. If you'd like a roommate match, email us after booking. While we'll do our best, we can't guarantee availability within this timeframe. If a match is found later, you'll be refunded the difference between single and double occupancy rates (minus any third-party fees).
