Travel makes me feel better and for the most part it makes a lot of people happy. Defining travel has a lot of meaning as it’s something different to every single person in the world. When I travel it’s a sense of freedom, I am not on a clock, I don’t have to answer my phone unless its important. I get to do things that makes me happy when I am somewhere around the world. There is just a different feeling when you are away from your home. Whether it’s packing a weekend bag and taking a drive to another state or hopping on a plane and heading to one of your bucket list destination. That feeling gets me excited.
Some travel requires planning but for some, you can jump into your car and drive to a place you have never been before. I often wonder what motivates others to travel and what also prevents others from exploring this beautiful planet. Yeah, I know I am going to hear that money is a barrier for traveling, but learn this, “money will always return, your time will not”. Take the trip. Go to a new place, explore your travel opportunities. You never know what is waiting for you on the other side.
